Happy 2010! The new year has brought some great new developments for Newport:
1. We have added some new sales counselors to our team! Doug Koskay is now selling in Lantana and June McCall is now selling in Prosper and Lucas. We are excited to have them on our team!
2. We have added some new communities in Lucas, McKinney, and Lantana. In Lucas, we now offer several Lovejoy ISD communities including Cimarron, Rockland Farms, Wolf Creek, and Edgewood. In McKinney we are proud to offer Serenity, which is also in Lovejoy ISD. In Lantana we are pleased to offer Bellaire and Fairlin.
3. Newport turned six years old at the beginning of February. Thanks to all our wonderful buyers, employees, and business associates we are still going strong!
We know 2010 is going to be a great year! Now is still a wonderful time to buy while you can take advantage of the home buyer tax credit (for new homes and existing homes) as well as the historically low interest rates. But the window of time is closing quickly as the tax credits are expiring and the interest rates are going up. Now is a great time to make the investment in a new home!
